Meet Dr. Anthony Didato
Dr. Anthony Didato is a board-certified endodontist who partnered with Dr. Pugh in 2017. Growing up in Snellville, he is excited to be serving our community. Dr. Didato received a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences in 2006 from University of Georgia. He continued his education at the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry, now named Dental College of Georgia, where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree in 2011. During his dental school career, Dr. Didato was honored to participate in the French Dental Student Exchange program, was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society, and received the American Association of Endodontist Student Award.
Dr. Didato completed his endodontic training and residency at the Medical College of Georgia in 2013 (now named Dental College of Georgia). In addition to extensive clinical training, his residency included research that led to publication in the Journal of Dentistry. Dr. Didato is on staff as an adjunct clinical professor, teaching the next generation by covering the clinic, as well as delivering lectures in the classroom. Dr. Didato moved to the Atlanta area after residency and served the surrounding suburbs through a multi-doctor office with many office locations, refining his relationships between referring doctors and patients. His professional affiliations include memberships in the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, and the American Association of Endodontists.
Dr. Didato enjoys working out, teaching, reading, and staying up to date on the latest healthcare advancements. He enjoys helping patients find pain relief, saving their natural tooth, and providing an enjoyable experience to all.
